25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer. If less than 45 days prior to arrival then full payment is required at time of booking.
There must be a minimum of one person in the group that is 25 years of age or older.
