Sand Pointe 227 is a great place for a week or longer vacation. Sand Pointe is directly on the Gulf beach. It’s one of the smaller complexes on Sanibel (45 units). The 40-foot heated swimming pool is surrounded by tropical vegetation and is on the Gulf side of the property, close to the beach.
The view from the condo is straight out to the Gulf of Mexico. You will be looking at the water. The large screened lanai is a great place to have meals and to enjoy the view. Ceiling fans on the lanai make it pleasant year-round.
To assure your comfort and to reduce wear-and-tear on the condo, rentals are limited to groups of 4 people or less. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The condo is kept in top condition. The owners live nearby and are at the condo frequently to check on maintenance items and do extra cleaning.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops. It is very well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. Linen service provides an abundant supply of quality towels. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided.
There is a 40" TV in the living room, a 37" TV in the master bedroom, and a 26" TV in the second bedroom. There are 3 DVD players. We have DSL Internet Service with WIFI.
The condo is a no-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed.
Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday, but during the off-season reasonable exceptions are made. Mastercard or Visa is accepted for deposit. Balance must be paid by check. 11% tax on all rates. Optional travel insurance is available.
