* 2 full bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs.

* Bedroom #2: pop-up trundle (2 twins)
* Bedroom #3: (down stairs) 2 twins, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa bed. This would be great for kids. It has cable TV, stereo/CD player, computer, microwave, and a separate entrance. The room is 12'x30'-- plenty of room to spread out.
* Fireplace upstairs and wood stove insert downstairs.
* Washer and dryer.
* WI-FI DSL (broadband internet)
