The Apartments have up to two bedrooms and having between 45 to 90 mē. All Apartments are nicely finished and have central heating system. There is a main entrance hall. Kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware and an dining table. Separate bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, and bed linen. Living rooms with sofa bed (which could be used as bed for two persons), a coffee table, arm chairs, cable TV, Hi-fi Stereo System, CD player, and a Telephone. Some of our Apartments have roof terrace with dinning furniture. The Internet access and fax machine are provided on request. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, wash basin, washer and dryer, hair dryer, towels, and a separate WC.
Mozart Apartments are in a house with elevator located at the Anzengrubergasse 7, 1050 Vienna, Austria. Public transport and a supermarket are within 100 meters. It is about 15 minutes pleasant walk to the Opera House and Stephansplatz (the city centre) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centres.Our house is very conveniently located. Stations of tram '18' and '62' and '65' and Underground line 'U1' are near the building. Sud Bahnhof (Train Station South) and fast train stations (schnellbahn) 'S1', 'S2', 'S3', 'S15' are within walking distance.You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 15 to 20 minutes by public transport. In the neighbourhood you find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops.Please note that you can park your car in front of the house free of charge during the evenings and the weekends. If you plan to park your car in front of the house during the day you need to buy a parking ticket from the Tabak. Alternatively, you may wish to park your car free of charge during the day in the vicinity within a short walking distance from the house.
